1/28/26 Update:
We are overbooked! I am working around the clock to stabilize the workload. The post holiday influx of instrument check-ins is greater than previous years, and leads times are longer right now. In the coming months, this site will be revamped with more detailed info, scheduling, and communication offerings. It has been difficult to respond to calls and messages in a timely manner while handling an increased work volume and foot traffic through the front door. My goal for this year is to streamline some processes so I can better manage the amount of work we have on a daily basis. Sit tight and thanks for your continued support.
